Why this site exists

Most of what you’ll find online about cam sites is there to sell you something. Type in a simple question like “what will my bank statement say?” and you get “top 10” lists with no prices, no testing, and not a word about the author being paid for every sign-up.

We started SafeCam Guide for adults who want straight answers before anything else. What these sites are. What they cost. How to keep your privacy, spot a scam and keep your spending in check. We write in plain English, explain every term, and never show anything explicit.

What you can count on

• Real tests. We open accounts, buy tokens on our own cards and look at what turns up on the statement. The whole process is on How we test.
• Prices you can check. Every price has a date on it. When something changes, we update the page and the date.
• Honesty about money. Some platforms pay us commissions. We say so on every page where that applies, and explain it all in our affiliate disclosure.
• Safety first. We publish guides on scams, spending limits and cancelling, even though they don’t earn us a cent.
