Good reasons to write
Corrections. A price, billing name, policy or fact that’s wrong or out of date. Tell us which page, what you saw and when.
Your experience. What showed up on your statement, how support dealt with your question, how cancelling went. Reports like these tell us when it’s time to re-test.
Questions about a guide. If something’s unclear to you, it’s probably unclear to other people too.
Partnerships. Platforms are welcome to get in touch about their affiliate programs. We don’t sell placements or reviews, though. See our affiliate disclosure.
What we can’t do
We’re an independent guide, not a cam site. We can’t get into your account, refund a purchase or contact a performer for you. For account or billing problems, go to the platform’s own support. Our support comparison shows you how.
If you think you’ve been scammed, report it to the FBI at ic3.gov and to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. The AARP Fraud Watch helpline (877-908-3360) is free and can help too.
Please don’t send us financial details, passwords or ID documents.
