This is the reference table. For each platform: the exact line that shows up on a card statement, every variant we know about, the company behind it, and who to call if you don’t recognize a charge. For the bigger picture, and for ways to keep purchases off your statement entirely, see what shows up on your bank statement.

Keeping it accurate

Every entry shows its source and the date we last checked it. Billing names change when a platform adds or switches payment processor, so we go back over every entry at least every six months. As our own test purchases come in, entries move up to “Seen on our own card statement”.

Seen something different on your statement? Tell us the platform, the date and the exact wording. Reader reports are usually how we hear about changes first.

The processors you’ll see most

A lot of platforms use the same few payment processors. If one of these is on your statement, here’s what it is:

  • Epoch (EPOCH.COM…) has been processing payments for subscription and adult websites since 1996. Its purchase lookup will identify any charge.
  • SegPay (SEGPAY…, SEGPAYEU.COM…) answers the phone 24/7 on 1-866-450-4000 and has a consumer portal.
  • CCBill (CCBILL.COM…) has its own consumer support site.

Whatever comes after the * tells you the website or the company that runs it.
