Flirt4Free is easier to reach than most cam sites. You can chat with someone at any hour, write in, or phone about a charge. Which route to take depends on the problem.
Live chat, any time
Click Live Support in the footer of any page. A chat window opens, “How can we help you?”, with an agent from VS Media, the company behind Flirt4Free, who asks what you need. Flirt4Free says its customer service representatives work 24/7/365.
For a quick question, a stuck show or a login problem, it’s the fastest route.
Help request by email
Log in, open My Account, and click Submit Help Request at the bottom of the Control Panel menu. The form asks for:
- your name and email
- your username (optional)
- a subject, from a list, such as Login/Password Problem
- your message
There’s also an optional password field. Leave it empty. Nobody needs your password to help you.
Replies come by email from customerservice@vsmedia.com. Flirt4Free suggests allowing that address and checking your spam folder. It also warns never to send more than the last 4 digits of a card number by email, which is good advice anywhere.
Billing: call VS Media
Anything about money, from a charge you don’t recognize to a declined card, can also go straight to VS Media’s billing desk. It works under two addresses, vs3.com and vsm.support, with the same contacts:
| Toll free (US) | 1-800-685-9236 |
|---|---|
| Outside the US | +1-818-880-9021 |
| Online form | vs3.com or vsm.support, with an optional call-back number |
VS Media asks you to contact them before your bank. Do that first. A chargeback is slow, and on most cam sites it gets the account closed.
For a refund or a billing dispute, Flirt4Free’s terms ask for it in writing, by email to customerservice@vsmedia.com, saying how much and what went wrong. Refunds are decided case by case.
Closing your account
Send a help request, as above, and choose the subject Re-activate or close account. Say in the message that you’d like the account closed, and give your username. Customer service replies by email once it’s done, saying the account has been blocked and can no longer be used.
Use your credits first: Flirt4Free’s terms say credits are lost when you close your account, with no refund. Cancel VIP and fan club renewals too, from My Account. Our guide to cancelling a cam site account has a checklist for the rest.
Other places to look
The footer also links to the FAQ, the Chatroom Guide, Report a Problem, Contact Us, and the forums, where long-time members answer each other. The FAQ covers the basics well, from starting a private show to the difference between show types.
A few common problems
A VS3.COM charge you don’t recognize. Check your purchases under Billing & Purchases in your Control Panel, then call billing. If nobody in your household made it, ask your bank to cancel the card too. More in Flirt4Free’s billing name.
A card that won’t go through. Check the ZIP code matches the one your bank has, approve the payment in your banking app if it asks, or switch to PayPal. Why was my cam site payment declined? has the other fixes.
Too many emails. Signing up means agreeing to receive them. Use the unsubscribe link, or ask through live chat.
Our view
Live chat around the clock, email replies, and a phone line for billing: that’s better than almost every other cam site. If support matters to you, Flirt4Free is one of the safest choices. Our customer support comparison ranks the others.
