On Flirt4Free, the site’s name doesn’t appear on your card statement. Here’s the line you’ll see instead, and what to do if you ever need to ask about it.

What the line looks like

Flirt4Free’s checkout spells it out under the packs: “This charge will appear on your statement as VS3.COM.” Your bank may add a reference number or a city after it, but the name stays the same.

A VIP membership shows slightly differently: its checkout says VS3.COM*KA@VS3.COM. VIP and fan clubs renew every 30 days until you cancel, so you’ll see them each month. Credit packs are one-off purchases.

To anyone glancing at your statement, it looks like any other online service. We keep the same details for every platform in our billing names table.

Who VS Media is

VS Media, Inc., in Westlake Village, California, has run Flirt4Free since 1996, when the site started as VideoSecrets. The footer of every page names it, along with FBP Media s.r.o. in Prague, and reads ”© 1996 - 2026 VS3.COM, VS Media, Inc.” Billing under a company name rather than the site’s is standard across cam sites.

Checking a charge

VS Media runs a billing support desk under two addresses, vs3.com and vsm.support. Both list:

  • 1-800-685-9236, toll free in the US
  • +1-818-880-9021 from outside the US
  • an online form asking for the name on the account, your email, and optionally a phone number for a call-back, the last 4 digits of the card and the date of the charge

They ask you to contact them before your bank. A chargeback can get your account closed, and a phone call usually sorts things out faster. If nobody in your household recognizes the charge, though, ask your bank to cancel the card as well.

Flirt4Free’s terms add two rules. A billing dispute or a refund request has to be made in writing, by email to customerservice@vsmedia.com, with the amount and what went wrong. And if a refund is granted after a dispute, the account is closed and the payment method blocked.

Keeping it discreet

The statement line is neutral, so the main thing to manage is your inbox. Signing up on Flirt4Free means agreeing to receive emails, and there’s no box to untick.
