On
LiveJasmin, the site’s name doesn’t appear on your card statement. What does appear is a short, dull line, and it’s worth knowing what it looks like before you see it.
What the line looks like
LiveJasmin bills through its own service, JWS Bill. Its FAQ says transactions “will show up as JWS Bill” on your statement. Most banks print it as JWSBILL.COM, which is what we saw when we checked the checkout.
To someone glancing at your statement, it reads like any online service. We keep the same details for every platform in our billing names table.
Who JWS is
Two companies run LiveJasmin: JWS Americas S.à r.l. and JWS International S.à r.l., both at 4, Rue Lou Hemmer in Senningerberg, Luxembourg. Your purchase is with one or the other depending on where you live. Using the operator’s billing name instead of the site’s is standard practice across cam sites.
Because JWS is based in Luxembourg, some US banks treat it as a foreign transaction. Check whether your card charges a foreign transaction fee.
When you’ll be charged
Only when you buy something. Joining and browsing are free.
Credit packs are single purchases. JWS says its normal transactions are non-recurring, and the only things that repeat are extras you choose yourself. On LiveJasmin that means a model’s fan club, a monthly subscription from $5.99 to $42.99 depending on the tier. Cancel it whenever you like and nothing else renews.
Charges often reach your statement a few days after you buy, because of how international card payments are processed. If the dates don’t line up, that’s usually why.
Questions about a charge
JWS Billing Support handles everything to do with payments:
- the contact form at jwsbill.com, with topics such as transaction inquiry, declined purchase and membership cancellation
- help@jwsbill.com
- +352 20 88 27 91 (Luxembourg)
They answer within 24 hours, in English. Have the transaction number from your confirmation email ready if you can. JWS can tell you which account made a purchase, which is useful when the answer turns out to be a family member, and send you a list of your transactions.
For anything that isn’t billing, LiveJasmin’s own support is at help@livejasmin.com. Our LiveJasmin customer service guide has the details.
Paying even more discreetly
For many readers a neutral name is enough. If you’d like the purchases away from your main account entirely:
A prepaid Visa or Mastercard from a pharmacy or supermarket. Register it online with your ZIP code before using it. When it’s empty, your spending stops too. See gift cards and prepaid cards on cam sites.
A second credit card with statements going to an email only you read. You keep full fraud protection.
A virtual card number from your bank’s app. It bills to your main account but can be frozen or deleted in seconds.
PayPal is accepted too, if you’d rather the card number never reaches the site.
All the options are compared in how to pay discreetly on cam sites.
Don’t forget the email trail
Every purchase sends a confirmation email with a transaction number and an electronic invoice. If you signed up with your everyday address, that’s where they’ll land. A separate email used only for LiveJasmin avoids it. The same goes for signing up with Google or PayPal, which ties LiveJasmin to accounts you use for everything else. How to stay anonymous on cam sites covers the rest.
