Most of the time you’ll never need LiveJasmin’s support. When you do, the trick is knowing which of its two doors to knock on.

Two kinds of support

Click Contact Us at the bottom of any page on livejasmin.com. It sends you to two places:

  • Billing support, run by JWS, the company behind LiveJasmin, for anything about money
  • LiveJasmin support, at help@livejasmin.com, for everything else

LiveJasmin suggests trying its FAQ first, and for common questions it’s often quickest.

Billing questions: JWS Billing Support

For a charge you don’t recognize, a declined payment, credits that didn’t arrive or cancelling a subscription, go to JWS Billing Support:

HowDetails
Formjwsbill.com, with topics such as transaction inquiry, declined purchase and membership cancellation
Emailhelp@jwsbill.com
Phone+352 20 88 27 91 (Luxembourg)

They reply within 24 hours, in English only. The form asks for your username, full name, email and message. Mention the transaction number from your confirmation email if you have it, plus the date and amount.

JWS can also send you a list of all your transactions, handy if the dates on your statement don’t match your purchases. Charges often post a few days late. More in LiveJasmin’s billing name.

Contact them before your bank

Disputing a charge with your bank first often gets the account closed, along with any credits on it. Unless it's clear fraud, contact JWS first.

Everything else: help@livejasmin.com

Email help@livejasmin.com for account and technical questions. Include your username, what happened and roughly when, and a screenshot if it helps. One problem per message gets a faster answer.

What the FAQ covers

The FAQ is grouped by topic. These are the questions it answers, so you know what’s worth looking up before writing:

  • Your account: a forgotten password, the difference between basic and premium membership, checking your credit balance, closing your account and deleting your data
  • Technical: recommended browsers, turning on Cam2Cam and two-way audio, and the “Suspicious activity detected” message
  • Transactions: buying credits without a card, PayPal payments that get declined, what appears on your statement, dates that don’t match
  • Features: fan clubs
  • Safety: reporting unlawful content, whether cameras are really live, how to chat with a model

Common requests

Forgotten password. The FAQ has an article walking you through it.

Payment declined. Usually your bank being cautious about a foreign merchant. Approve it in your banking app, try PayPal, or delete the saved payment method and add it again. Why was my cam site payment declined? has more.

Cancelling a fan club. Use the membership cancellation topic on the JWS form, or write to help@jwsbill.com. Credit packs never renew, so there’s nothing else to cancel.

Closing your account. The FAQ explains how to close the account and delete your data. Our guide to cancelling a cam site account covers what to check first.

Account suspended. Read the message LiveJasmin sent, then reply once, politely. See what to do when your account is suspended.

Reporting content. The footer links to content removal, non-consensual image removal and DMCA forms.

Fake support

LiveJasmin support won’t ask for your password, contact you on WhatsApp or Telegram, or ask you to pay to “unlock” your account. Any message that does is a scam. See cam site scams.

How it compares

Billing support is easy to reach and answers quickly, and having a phone number for it is better than many sites offer. For other questions, LiveJasmin works by email, like most platforms. If you’d rather talk to a person, Flirt4Free is one of the few big sites you can phone. Our customer support comparison ranks the main platforms.
