When something goes wrong on 
Chaturbate, it helps to know who to ask. There are two routes, and picking the right one saves days.
Billing problems: phone billing support
Anything about a charge goes to Chaturbate’s billing support. Its lines are answered by people.

Call them about a double charge, tokens that didn’t arrive, a CHATURBILL.COM charge you don’t recognize, or a Supporter membership you want stopped. There’s also an online self-service page at billingsupport.chaturbate.com. For a charge showing EPOCH.COM, Chaturbate sends you to epoch.com.
Have these ready before you call: the date and amount of the charge, the last four digits of the card, and the email address on the account.
Call before you dispute
Disputing a charge with your bank before contacting billing support often gets the account closed, along with any tokens left in it. If the problem is genuine, a phone call is faster and keeps your account open.
Account problems: the support form
For anything that isn’t money, such as a forgotten password, a locked or suspended account, an age verification problem, or reporting someone, use Submit a request in Chaturbate’s help center, or email support@chaturbate.com.
Write a short, clear message:
- your username
- what happened and roughly when
- what you’ve already tried
- screenshots if they help
Keep it to one problem per request. A tidy message gets a quicker reply than a long one mixing three issues.

Reporting someone in a room
Every room and profile has a report option. Use it for anyone who’s abusive, appears underage, or asks you to pay outside the site. For anything involving money or threats, send a support request too, with screenshots.
Fake support
Chaturbate support will never ask for your password, message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, or ask you to pay a “verification fee”. Messages claiming to be support that do any of those are scams. Our cam site scams guide has examples.
