Stripchat’s help center
Everything starts at support.stripchat.com. It has:
- StripBot, a chat assistant that opens on the help center and works in several languages
- a Contact Support button at the bottom of each help article, for when the articles don’t answer your question
- topic sections for users: creating an account, tokens, private shows, 2FA, payment privacy, reporting violations and billing problems

When you write, include your username, what happened and roughly when, and screenshots if they help. One problem per message gets a faster answer.
Billing questions: call the payment company
Stripchat uses several payment companies, and your statement names the one that processed your purchase. Stripchat’s help center lists their contacts:

Call them about a charge you don’t recognize, a double charge or tokens that didn’t arrive. Have the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card ready. More in Stripchat’s billing name.
Contact them before your bank
Disputing a charge with your bank first often gets the account closed, along with any tokens on it. Unless it's clear fraud, contact the payment company or Stripchat first.
Common requests
Forgotten password. The help center has a guide to resetting it.
Card or PayPal purchases not working. Your account may need verifying first. Open Account Verification in the drop-down menu: either confirm a small temporary charge of under $2 on your card, or upload a document, which is reviewed within 24 hours. Details in how to sign up on Stripchat.
Fan club subscriptions. Manage or cancel them yourself from My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.
Account suspended. Read the message Stripchat sent, then reply once, politely. Our guide to what to do when your account is suspended covers the usual causes.
Reporting someone. The help center explains how to report violations and how to block or ignore users.
Fake support
Stripchat support won’t ask for your password, contact you on WhatsApp or Telegram, or ask you to pay to “unlock” your account. Any message that does is a scam. See cam site scams.
How it compares
For billing, the payment companies’ phone lines are easy to reach. For everything else, support goes through the help center unless you have Ultimate. If round-the-clock help for everyone matters to you,
